Dirk Fröhlich - Founder & managing director

Over 20 years he is in the catering industry and marketing of event locations. In March 2008 he founded a new business company as managing director of fine food catering – Fröhlich GmbH. Here he can fulfill his vision of a catering-service!

Claudia Betz - Senior project manager, communication & wine expert

„We follow the trends that are fun and make sense.“

The advertising merchant with the main focus on customer service is in the catering business since 1998. She is your contact person from the bid proposal and coordination. She prepares your event and if necessary is on site. Further more she is in charge of company communication and assists you any wine features.

Tobias Esch - Kitchen manager

„Our food classics are reviewed, refined and adapted to your personal wishes.“

He is our young KM! After his apprenticeship 1998 in the restaurant Lindenhof, Meerbusch he worked in the Lindner Congress Hotel, Düsseldorf. He returned to the Lindenhof as Kitchen manager-since 2oo6 he is in the catering business. Next to his job as head of the kitchen he responsible for new food concepts, the entire kitchen team and food purchasing.

Alexander Esch - Head of logistics

„We try to make nearly everything possible-punctual and on the spot.“

After his apprenticeship as electrician, Alexander worked as freelancer for fine food catering, in 2o11 he joined the team. Since June 2o12 he is in charge of “ Schloss Eller” our event location. In November 2o13 he took over the entire logistic department. He is in charge of event-set up, car pool, beverage logistics. He is the main contact for your event concerning the on site delivery of f&b as well as non food equipment.

Full service catering

To give you a feeling of absolute security, we are responsible for all of the necessary sections, china, furnishing, decoration or tents. We are perfectly networked with subcontractors over decades. Never the less also here our motto is:” Belief is good! Controlling is better.
